Purchases
You can buy work directly from the website by adding the piece you want to the cart. Final payment is done via PayPal which provides an easy and safe way to pay online. For information on PayPal security click here. You can also order via e-mail at orders@inleafdesign.com. Remember to include which piece you are interested in, your name and shipping address, and a phone number. You will receive a prompt e-mail confirmation and I will contact you for payment arrangements. Never include any financial information such as credit card numbers if you make a purchase via e-mail. Buyers in Virginia will be charged a 5% sales tax.

Custom orders and commissions are gladly accepted. Please email or call to discuss your project.

Shipping
Your purchase will be shipped via insured UPS Ground or USPS priority mail. Shipping and handling is calculated when you check out. International purchases are shipped via insured USPS priority international mail and the buyer is responsible for applicable taxes, custom fees, and duties. Purchases are shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping fees are as follows:
United States, $0 to $100, $7
United States, $100 and up, $13
Canada, $0 to $100, $10
Canada, $100 and up, $16
International, $0 to $100, $15
International, $100 and up, $25

Returns
It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. The piece should be returned in clean and unused condition. Please call or e-mail immediately if you want to return an item so we can discuss any problems and make arrangements in person. Buyer will pay shipping cost for returned items.

Privacy
When you make a purchase, information such as address, e-mail, and phone number will be used only to process your order. I will never share this information with third parties. You have the option to join my mailing list if you are interested in receiving information about sales, new introductions, and events. You can cancel your enrollment at any time. The mailing list is never shared with third parties.
